FAQ
I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM!
Please be aware that shipping has been delayed due to increased mailing package volume and lack of personnel capacity because of the holiday season and the COVID-19 pandemic. Tracking numbers can take up to a week to update. If you would like an update on your purchase, please reach out to us at korsicasupply@gmail.com
MY BAG WAS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING!
Please be aware because of the nature of shipping, some bags may be compressed out of the package and have a specific smell from manufacturing, especially with the natural materials used and the wax applied to the canvas. This almost ALWAYS fades after a few days out of the package and the bags will "perk up." We are not responsible for SHIPPING CARRIER-RELATED damages, but will be glad to assist as much as we can in the process.
THE COLOR IS WRONG!
Please be aware due to the natural variations in leather as well as canvas dye and the level of wax applied, some bags may be slightly different in color than what you see on our website. This also can happen with different computer monitor calibration. If the bag is a different color code or you feel the difference is drastic, please reach out to us via korsicasupply@gmail.com with photos of your product.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM!
If you are sent the incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible via email at korsicasupply@gmail.com. Customer service will send you a pre-paid shipping label. Send the item back and we once we receive the item, we will ship you the correct item. We MUST receive the first item at our warehouse facility before we send out the correct item(s).
MY LEATHER LOOKS IMPERFECT!
Genuine leather will always have variations of color, marks and signs of the animal's life. These ARE NOT signs of a used bag. We try our best to keep our bag leather as uniform and mark-free as possible, but there will be some differences. At Korsica, we celebrate distressed leather - it ages like fine wine! In the coming years the leather will tell the story of your adventures. Genuine leather may have a natural smell that will fade after a few days after you've opened it.
